OpenQuote Quotation Builder
OpenQuote allows anyone that uses it (OpenQuote and our Customers) to access project and personal information supplied by you for the use by a specific Customer, in advance of a site visit, so that the Customer provider can supply you with a quotation. The information supplied by you using OpenQuote is stored and managed on OpenQuote servers and is then passed to Customer servers. This information is used by those Customers to follow up with you on quotation requests you made via OpenQuote. OpenQuote provides the solution to our customers for their own lead generation, project management, customer service, and asset installation needs, and we use it to meet OpenQuote’s related needs.

Use by Our Customers
Information collected by OpenQuote and passed to Customers is used, disclosed and protected by Customers according to their privacy policies and is not subject to this Privacy Policy. OpenQuote processes our customers' information as they direct and in accordance with our agreements with our customers, and we store it on our servers, but we do not have control over its collection or management on Client servers and our agreements with our Customers prohibit us from using that information, except as necessary to provide and improve the solution, as permitted by this Privacy Policy, and as required by law. We have no direct relationship with individuals who provide Personal Information to our customers.OpenQuote acknowledges that you have the right to access your Personal Information. Our Customers control and are responsible for correcting, deleting, or updating information they have collected from you using the OpenQuote. If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. We may work with our customers to help them provide notice to their visitors about their data collection, processing, and usage. We are not responsible for our customers' use of the information they collect using OpenQuote OpenQuote collects information under the direction of its Customers, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Information it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Customers and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Customer that use our solution, please contact the customer that you interact with directly. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Customers.

OpenQuote does not collect "Sensitive Information" on behalf of Customers
This refers to credit or debit card numbers, personal financial account information, passport numbers, driver's license numbers or similar personal identifiers, racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health condition or information, or other employment, financial or health information. OpenQuote does not collect sensitive information

You acknowledge in all cases that OpenQuote acts as the data processor of Customer Data and you are the data controller of Customer Data under applicable data protection regulations in the European Union and European Economic Area. The Customer will obtain and maintain any required consents necessary to permit the processing of Customer Data under this Agreement.
